Born and raised in Saint Peter Minnesota, Jon spent his time growing up spending much of his time at the fields and rinks up until him graduating from Saint Peter high school in 1986. Jon then went on to earn a couple degrees at Winona State University and graduated in 1992. Jon then went on to work in the Twin Cities retail industry opening, buying, selling, and overseeing businesses until he obtained his real estate license in 2012. Since becoming a realtor, Jon has sold millions of dollars worth of real estate throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Jon has represented both buyers and sellers in helping his clients reach their goals and dreams.

Jon and his wife of 25 years Tanya, have lived in Apple Valley for over 20 years where they have raised their children Tara (age 23) and Ryan (age 21). Tara is finishing her degree in advertising and graphic design while Ryan is at Gustavus pursuing a degree in public accounting and playing football for the Gusties. From 1998 to 2012, Jon actively participated in the Winona/Goodview Hockey Association and the Eastview Athletic Association. While in college and up until Jon and Tanya moved to Apple Valley, Jon coached a traveling Pee-Wee hockey team for 6 years along with serving on the Winona/Goodview Hockey Association board for 2 years. Having spent countless hours in the car with his dad traveling to hockey arenas and knowing how special that time together was, Jon feels very fortunate to have been able to do the same while coaching his son’s Eastview Lighting baseball team’s for a number of years.

With many years of coaching experience, Jon truly understands the meaning of teamwork and the importance of leadership, both of which she will benefit from when looking to buy or sell a home.
